Husband Cohabitating
We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any more. He said he required time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a big amount of dollars out of their joint bank account which he stated he necessary to set himself up in a brand new location to live.
Even though waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was really strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have another woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could assist as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just following he had left our client.
We were able to offer our client with all the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been getting an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
